Shipping and Exchanges
Upon order confirmation, please allow 2 days (Excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed before it ships.
Once order has been processed, shipping will be arranged and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You are expected to receive your order within the next 7 working days after it has been dispatched.
Size and color exchanges are applicable only for the same product and subjected to stock availability. In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of a similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
Please note that all exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in a sellable condition. All exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer.
Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 30 days from order fulfillment. To submit your exchange request, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and product exchange information.
Exchange item(s) have to be mailed back via trackable postage only. All postage costs incurred from exchanges will be borne by the customer.
NOTE: All SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchange/refundable, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 7 days from order fulfillment.
