RETURNS POLICY
We want you to buy TimTam equipment with confidence and offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you’re unhappy with your purchase from Rydehm for any reason.
- Return Authorization required - email us at info@rydehm.com
- Provide your Rydehm order number
- Your item(s) must be returned within the first 30 days of your purchase
- Your item(s) must be received in like new condition in the original, undamaged packaging
- No restocking fee will be applied to your eligible refund if your authorized return is received within the first 30 days in the condition mentioned above
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your item(s) is received after the first 30 days, or if the original packaging is damaged
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
- The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original, undamaged packaging and received in like new condition
- A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us at info@rydehm.com
- All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us

Rydehm offers a 365 day warranty on TimTam products purchased from Rydehm.com. Email info@rydehm.com to find out if your item(s) is eligible for an extended warranty.

In association with the product, our company makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of noninfringement of third party rights.
